PODCASTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT ROCK'S

Hey all you mloser's out there who skip science class because they hate science. Guess what? Your missing out on all the fun! That's right, you heard me, FUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNN. Because it just so happens that only last wendsday Mrs.Rousseau assigned partners and gave them a podcasting project. Some of you may be asking "What exactly is podcasting?" Well, it's when your able to take a recording of yourself and then be able to put it on your blog for other people to enjoy. Now some of you might also be wondering what this has to do with science. Well, the recording with your partner will be about some scientist. Some of them might still be Rutgers graduates, like mine, or they might be an old scientist who died. Now, I bet your all thinking that just talking to or about some scientist is not fun, but really boring! Thankfully, Mrs.Rousseau is allowing us to use a music creator called "Garage Band" to make the podcast a bit more livelier. But, Mrs.Rousseau doesn't want the music to distract or destroy the attention of the listeners, and point's will be taking away if it does distract the listeners. And that's it in a nutshell. So for all you people who think science is boring you better get back before the project is over.

The saddest day in the history of baseball

The saddest day in baseball was only last November when Senator George Mitchell announced the names of the 86 players on his steroids report. It was a shock to many all around the world. Mostly to the children because they saw that some of their heroes and role models were taking steroids and just cheating to be famous and rich. As many people may know steroids is a performance enhancing drug that many pro athletes may use, but it is illegal and many sport stars are still continuing to use it. Steroids have two kinds of forms, either a pill shaped or a liquid. There are also many other adverse side affects to steroids after using them, such as aggression, violence, rapid mood swings and psychotic episodes. Now even though steroids seem bad for cheating some kids need to use them from doctors order so they can heal faster or because of medical problems. But if you do have it you put yourself in danger of serious risks like liver damage and cancer. People have many theories to how the players got it. One way is that the trainers might have given them the steroids, they could have also purchased them off the black market. Many of the players are calling up their attorneys. Because all of the players named want to get into the hall of fame, and if the were accused of using steroids the people won't vote for them. And were is George Mitchell? He is working on another assignment for Bud Selig, the current commissioner, and going around testing more players to see if they took steroids. So remember that if you takes steroids just to cheat, your sports career will probably end.
